The warranty is 5 years from the date of purchase.\u200b It covers manufacturing defects in (wood and foam) in accordance with the warranty policy.\u200b

4) How long does manufacturing and delivery take?<\/strong>
Generally, manufacturing and delivery take 7 to 21 business days depending on the city and shipping company schedule.
Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays. <\/p>

5) Is delivery and installation free?<\/strong>
Yes, delivery and installation are free for all cities within the Kingdom. <\/p>

6) What happens if I cannot receive the order?<\/strong>
If you do not receive\/respond to the shipping company, the shipment may be returned to the warehouse, and can be reshipped for a redelivery fee:
– Within Riyadh: 150 SAR
– Outside Riyadh: 350 SAR <\/p>

7) Can I modify or cancel my order?<\/strong>
Modification\/cancellation can be requested within the first 24 hours as long as the order has not been approved or entered the execution\/manufacturing phase.<\/p>

8) If I change the bed size from larger to smaller after approval\/start of manufacturing, will the price difference be refunded?<\/strong>
The price difference is not refunded after the original size is approved and manufacturing begins, because the product is custom-made and treated as a different size.<\/p>

9) Are there prices for projects and bulk orders?<\/strong>
Yes, corporate, hotel, resort, and hotel apartment furnishings have special pricing based on quantity and specifications. Contact us for a price quote.<\/p>

They vary by product, and materials and dimensions are specified on each product page.
