Return and Exchange Policy – Simple Home
1) Quick Definitions
– “Standard Product”: A ready-made product with dimensions/specifications shown on the product page.
– “Custom-Made Product”: Any product manufactured or modified based on size/color/fabric/design specified by the customer.
2) Exchange (for Standard Products)
– The customer has the right to request a product exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.
– The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and in the original packaging when possible.
– The customer bears the shipping cost for the exchange process, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect or an error in the received product.
Exchange does not apply to:
– Custom-made products, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the specifications confirmed in the order/invoice.
3) Returns (for Standard Products)
– The customer has the right to request a product return within 7 days from the date of receipt.
– The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories.
– The customer bears the shipping cost for the return process, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect or an error in the received product.
Returns do not apply to:
– Custom-made products, except in cases of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the specifications confirmed in the order/invoice.
– Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
– Products that do not fit through home entrances/elevators/stairs (we recommend customers verify measurements before ordering).
4) Defects or Shipping Damage (Important)
– If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please report within 24 hours of receipt.
– Required: Order number + at least 3 clear photos (general view + close-up of defect + shipping label photo if available).
– In cases of defect/store error, compensation or exchange/return will be provided as appropriate, and the store will cover all related shipping costs.
5) Order Modification or Cancellation
– Order modification/cancellation can be requested within the first 24 hours of order creation, as long as the order has not been approved or entered the execution/manufacturing phase.
– After the order enters the execution/manufacturing phase, cancellation may not be possible, especially for custom-made products.
6) Refunds
– After receiving and inspecting the returned product and approving the request, the refund will be processed within 5 to 14 business days.
– Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the order (in case of cash on delivery/bank transfer, the refund will be processed according to our available procedure).

8) Important Notes
– Inspecting the product upon receipt helps resolve any issues quickly.
– Signing for delivery does not void the customer’s right to report defects/shipping damage within 24 hours as per the above terms.
