1) Delivery Coverage
We offer delivery to all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2) Shipping and Delivery Fees

– Shipping and delivery are free for all cities and provinces of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (0 SAR).

– There are no additional delivery fees upon order completion.

– The re-shipping fees mentioned below apply only if the shipment is returned due to non-receipt/no response.

3) Preparation and Delivery Time
– Most orders are prepared and delivered within 7 to 21 business days, depending on the city and the shipping company’s schedule.
– Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.
– During peak seasons, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or road closures), delivery dates may change, and in such cases, customers will be notified of available updates.

4) Customer Information
– Please ensure the accuracy of your information when placing an order: Name, Mobile number (able to receive calls and messages), Email address, Address and city.
– Any error in the information may cause delivery delays or failed delivery attempts.
– If you need to modify address information after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to assist based on the order status and shipping company capabilities.

5) Coordination with the Shipping Company
– The shipping company will contact the customer to schedule the delivery, and the customer is responsible for responding and confirming the appointment.
– In case of not responding to shipping company calls/messages and repeated delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to the warehouse.
– When a shipment is returned due to non-receipt, it can be resent with redelivery fees:
• Within Riyadh: 150 SAR
• Outside Riyadh: 350 SAR
(Redelivery fees apply only when shipment is returned due to non-receipt/non-response.)

6) Receipt and Product Inspection
– We recommend inspecting the product upon receipt to ensure its integrity.
– In case of breakage/damage resulting from shipping, please document the condition with photos and notify us within 24 hours of receipt through official communication channels.

7) Delivery Schedules
– Delivery schedules depend on the shipping company’s timetable and the city.
– If the location is unsuitable for delivery or there are difficulties in access (narrow entrances/lack of elevator, etc.), please inform us before shipping to avoid delays or additional costs from the shipping company.

8) Circumstances Beyond Control (Force Majeure)
Delivery schedules may be affected by exceptional circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, road closures, official decisions), and customers will be notified of any possible updates.
