3) What is the warranty period?​
The warranty is 5 years from the date of purchase.​ It covers manufacturing defects in (wood and foam) in accordance with the warranty policy.​

4) How long does manufacturing and delivery take?
Generally, manufacturing and delivery take 7 to 21 business days depending on the city and shipping company schedule.
Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays.

5) Is delivery and installation free?
Yes, delivery and installation are free for all cities within the Kingdom.

6) What happens if I cannot receive the order?
If you do not receive/respond to the shipping company, the shipment may be returned to the warehouse, and can be reshipped for a redelivery fee:
– Within Riyadh: 150 SAR
– Outside Riyadh: 350 SAR

7) Can I modify or cancel my order?
Modification/cancellation can be requested within the first 24 hours as long as the order has not been approved or entered the execution/manufacturing phase.

8) If I change the bed size from larger to smaller after approval/start of manufacturing, will the price difference be refunded?
The price difference is not refunded after the original size is approved and manufacturing begins, because the product is custom-made and treated as a different size.

9) Are there prices for projects and bulk orders?
Yes, corporate, hotel, resort, and hotel apartment furnishings have special pricing based on quantity and specifications. Contact us for a price quote.

10) What materials are used?
They vary by product, and materials and dimensions are specified on each product page.
(Common examples: linen, velvet, suede, chenille, bouclé… + woods such as MDF/HDF/Plywood and natural wood depending on the product).

11) What payment methods are available?
