Warranty Period

We guarantee the quality of our products for 5 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and raw material defects in the product structure only, including the following parts:

– Wood (product frame).

– Foam (in case of obvious manufacturing defects such as abnormal sagging during normal use).

Note: The warranty does not cover fabric/leather/accessories/zippers or any consumable parts unless a clear manufacturing defect is proven upon inspection.

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

– Improper storage, assembly, or installation contrary to instructions.

– Inappropriate use, overloading the product, or misuse.

– Any modification or repair performed by unauthorized parties.

– Damage resulting from impacts, accidents, falls, fire, liquids, or external factors.

– Damage caused by incorrect cleaning or use of harsh cleaners/chemicals or abrasive tools.

– Direct and continuous exposure to sunlight or excessive moisture, or placing the product in unsuitable locations (may cause damage/material changes over time).

– Damage resulting from normal wear and tear (minor scratches, usage marks, gradual fading over time).

Care Instructions – To Maintain the Product

– Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth.

– Avoid strong chemicals, chlorine, or solvents.

– Keep the product away from direct sunlight and high humidity whenever possible
